My Background
I fell in love with the web in my late teens. Building websites led me to studying HCI at the University of Michigan, where my career in user experience research started. Since then I’ve helped teams ship consumer products like Android, Pixel phones, and Chromecast. I write about user research at the UX Research Journal.
